🧠 Mental Resilience
Physical education, social-emotional learning, leadership, teamwork and resilience, all built directly into the course experience.
🤝 Easy Logistics
Free on-site parking for buses. Waiver signing handled online before arrival. Smooth check-in for large groups.
👨👩👧 Expert Supervision
All sessions are led by certified instructors including former military and trained educators. Safety is always the priority.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
What is the minimum group size for a school booking?
There is no strict minimum, but group rates and private facility access apply to groups of 10 or more. Contact us to discuss pricing for smaller classes.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance for spring and fall field trips, and 6–8 weeks for summer sessions as those dates fill fastest.
What is the teacher-to-student ratio required?
We follow standard school field trip supervision guidelines. Our instructors assist, but we ask schools to bring their own supervisors at the ratio required by their board policy.
What should students wear and bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing they don’t mind getting dirty, closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops), and water. We recommend layers for spring and fall. No valuables.
Can students with physical limitations participate?
Yes. Our instructors are experienced adapting activities for different abilities. Please let us know in advance about any specific needs and we’ll ensure every student has a meaningful experience.
Is there parking for school buses?
Yes, free on-site parking with space for buses. Follow the yellow OWA signs on Marron Valley Road. Driving time from Penticton is approximately 17–25 minutes.
