Join us at Okanagan Warriors Adventure (OWA) for an exhilarating circuit training session like no other! Our workout combines the intensity of traditional circuit training with the thrill of tackling challenging obstacles. Designed for all fitness levels, this session will push your limits and help you build strength, endurance, and agility.
FUN - EFFECTIVE - UNIQUE
You’ll cycle through a variety of high-intensity stations, including bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and obstacle-specific drills. Each circuit is crafted to target different muscle groups, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and enhance your mental toughness. Session duration are 60min
Session Dates: (6pm-7pm)
– Monday – Wednesday – Friday
Guided by experienced instructors, you’ll receive tips and support to conquer each obstacle and station safely and efficiently. Whether you’re training for a race, seeking a new fitness challenge, or simply want a fun way to stay active, our OWA circuit training session offers a dynamic and rewarding workout experience. Get ready to sweat, have fun, and push your boundaries!
