Frequently Asked Questions

What fitness level does our team need?
None required. Every obstacle has a scaled option and the focus is always on team performance, never individual athletic ability. Your finance team and your operations team perform together equally.
Can we invoice our company directly?
Yes. We issue professional invoices compatible with corporate accounts payable. We can also provide documentation for company expense reporting. Contact us to discuss payment terms for larger bookings.
How far in advance should we book?
For half day and full day programs, 4–6 weeks notice is ideal. For the Executive Retreat format, 8–12 weeks allows us to coordinate accommodation, facilitation, and any add-on Okanagan experiences properly.
Can you accommodate groups over 50 people?
Yes. We have experience running large-scale corporate events. For groups of 50+, contact us directly to discuss exclusive site access and custom logistics. We can also stage groups across the day.
How far is OWA from Kelowna Airport?
OWA is located in Penticton, approximately 60 minutes south of Kelowna Airport. We can provide guidance on ground transportation, shuttle coordination, and accommodation options in the area if needed.
