Get ready to conquer your next Spartan Race with our training camp at OWA! Join us for a rigorous and exhilarating experience designed to boost your technique, strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Our expert instructor, with backgrounds in military and athletic training, will guide you through a series of challenging obstacles, high-intensity drills, and motivational sessions.















A THREE WEEK TRAINING CAMP AT OWA​

Guided by experienced instructors with backgrounds in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and Military Special Forces, you’ll work on key technical aspects such as grip strength for rope climbs, balance and agility for traversing narrow beams, explosive power for wall jumps, and coordination for complex multi-part obstacles. Our course includes specific training for obstacles like the Spear Throw, and Monkey Bars and more, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to tackle each one.

SESSION SCHEDULE:
SEATTLE RACE WEEKEND IS SATURDAY 13th AND SUNDAY 14th
- Tuesdays August 19th, 26th and September 2nd and 9th – 6-730pm
- Thursdays August 21st, 28th and September 4th and 11th- 6-730pm
- Sundays August 23rd, 30th and September 6th – 10am-12pm
WHAT TO EXPECT:

- 4 WEEK PROGRAM : Obstacles, Cardio, Strength
- DURATION : 90min Sessions
- LEVEL : Beginners and Advanced Athletes
- FROM : 16yo (Minimum Height 4')
- DIVERSE OBSTACLES: Navigate through a variety of obstacles that will test your endurance, strength, and agility.
- BEGINNER-FRIENDLY: Ideal for those new to fitness, providing a manageable yet challenging introduction to obstacle courses.
