Introduction & Disclaimer
Okanagan Warriors Adventure (OWA), a property of MLK Abilities Inc., is a Canadian organization offering obstacle courses and adventure experiences. Our mission is to empower responsible, law-abiding participants with the skills, fitness, and knowledge necessary to engage safely, ethically, and respectfully in challenging environments.

Important Notice: All activities, information, and instruction provided by OWA are intended strictly for lawful, defensive, and recreational purposes. The misuse of any skills, techniques, or knowledge for unlawful, violent, extremist, or malicious purposes is expressly prohibited. OWA and MLK Abilities Inc. disclaim all liability for any illegal use or harm resulting from participation in our courses.


Training Equipment & Safety
All courses at OWA use safe, non-lethal training and obstacle equipment in controlled environments. Firearms or tactical weapons, when incorporated, are handled only under supervision and in compliance with applicable laws and permits.


Participant Eligibility & Vetting
To maintain a safe and ethical environment, OWA reserves the right to:

  • Screen applicants, including criminal background checks if required

  • Refuse or cancel enrollment of individuals who pose a legal, safety, or ethical risk

  • Require participants to certify their commitment to lawful and responsible use of all skills and knowledge

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate removal from activities without refund. Individuals posing a risk to public safety or displaying extremist or unlawful intentions may be reported to authorities.


Ethical Commitment & Participant Responsibilities
By enrolling in OWA courses, participants agree to:

  • Use all skills and knowledge gained solely for lawful, recreational, or professional purposes

  • Uphold high standards of ethics and responsibility to protect public safety

  • Abstain from any illegal, violent, or extremist conduct

  • Respect proprietary course content and refrain from unauthorized recording, reproduction, or dissemination

OWA fosters a culture of respect, accountability, and positive community impact.


Intellectual Property
All training materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by OWA are proprietary. Participants may not share, reproduce, or use course content for commercial or instructional purposes without explicit written authorization.


Legal Integrity Declaration
All participants must acknowledge and agree before enrollment:

“I certify that I am participating in this training for lawful, recreational, personal development, or professional reasons only. I understand that any misuse of the training, techniques, or knowledge, or any violation of Canadian laws, including those related to unlawful military training, will have legal consequences. I agree to fully comply with all applicable laws and Okanagan Warriors Adventure (OWA) policies.”

OWA uses third-party providers for registration, payment, and course management. These providers comply with applicable privacy and security laws. Refund policies and terms may vary by course and provider. Participants should review course-specific policies carefully before booking.
